BBBVS Defeats Defending State Champ, Remain Undefeated

The Blind Brook Boys Varsity Soccer team has yet to face a loss this season. Today, the Trojans beat the defending state champions, the Hasting Yellow Jackets. At the end of the first half, the Trojans were up 2-0. The two goals were scored by senior , Oliver Kleban. Then, minutes into the second half Kleban scored a hat-trick. Kleban’s 3rd goal of the game gave the Trojans a confident lead into the second half. Later, Blind Brook let up one goal, making the score 3-1. Kleban then scored once again. The Trojans went on to win 4-1, the goals all scored by Kleban.

This win gives the Trojans a 6-0-1 record. The team now is highly ranked in both Section 1 and in New York. Their next opponent is Westlake High School on the 25th at Blind Brook High School.
